Best experience! I went to Tesla Aliso Viejo and Irvine before, they are very rude and unprofessional. They don’t help the customers. When I went to this store, I met Feroz, he is super nice! He is very friendly and helpful. He knows what customers concern about, and helped me find the car I wanted. I will highly recommend this store. Plz look for Feroz, he is the best!!!
I had an excellent experience with Jeff at the Tesla store in Brea Mall. I came in knowing almost nothing about my car or my warranty, and he was extremely patient and never made me feel rushed or embarrassed for asking basic questions. He took the time to track down clear answers for me and explain everything in a way I could understand. My experience in the showroom was great. Venus was super knowledgeable and very professional. I asked to demo drive the Model Y and she was very patient with me. For those who mainly speak Chinese, feel free and come talk to her. (she can speak both mandarin and cantonese) Overall, my experience at the showroom and test driving the car was excellent!
