Purchased a 2021 Tesla Model S. The car has spent more time at the service center, than being driven by me. With just 400 miles on the vehicle, it had a catastrophic failure and had to be towed from my residence to the service center. I purchased a car and I have had it less than a week. The charging cable was not working right which I knew for a fact. No matter how many times I told the service guy, he kept giving me excuses and reasons why it was not working telling me it was. After repeating myself 5 times, he told me just to get a mobile service. So, he wanted to waste my time and spend wasted money on having someone come to me house. What a great service! Brought my Tesla for a recall, got a ride to the downtown and the work has been done in less than an hour. Complimentary spotless car wash and tire rotation. Asked for a replacement defective door seal but at the time they didn’t have the part so they are going to send a technician to my house when the part arrived. Really professional and all of the money I spent to buy my car is worth every penny!!! Thank you guys
