Parking is horrible had to leave, didn’t have a chance to go in.
I definitely recommend stopping by if you are going to learn about EV (electric vehicles) The Tesla employee was kind, professional, informative, and helpful when me or my husband had questions. I know that as a car buyer, I have to get information and be sure to find what is in the best interest of me and my family. Great place, popped in with a friend of mine while hanging out in Westfield, chatted with the guy working there a little and checked out the Tesla cars parked inside.
Worst buying experience ever. I purchased my Tesla online 2 weeks ago. I fully paid for it and uploaded all required documents the next day. They were unable to arrange my delivery for 2 weeks. They lied to me that my Tesla is in possession of a carrier. I called them after the estimated delivery date and they said that carrier hasn’t been assigned yet. This is disgusting.
I gotta have to tell you I did not buy a car there, but I was amazed with the customer service it’s behind what I was expected if I am in the market for a Tesla, I would love to give them my business. They deserve it.
