Extremely disappointing experience with a confirmed Cybertruck demo drive. We had a booked 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM slot on May 15, 2026 (screenshot attached). I was allowed to drive for only 15 minutes total, and my wife was not permitted to sit in the front passenger seat at all — she was told she could only sit in the back. stephanie was awesome and answered all of the specific questions i had about the model Y. her passionate energy changed my mindset on teslas. she put me in for an unexpected test drive and im now considering purchasing one when my lease ends!
