I am writing to formally notify Tesla, Inc. of a serious issue regarding the unauthorized and illegal disabling of my vehicle. The vehicle was purchased and a check brought in from my credit union in 2022 and as of yesterday, I was fully locked out of my car and told the check may have been lost. I have been making monthly payments to my credit union, why nearly 4 years later!! We have CALLED Tesla several times but can’t get anyone. Customer service is horrible. If you call after 6pm they will put you on hold until 7pm when they close for the day.

I truly love my car; however, the customer service I received at this sales location was disappointing and fell short of the standards I expected from this company. I hope the representative I worked with takes this as constructive feedback—that their role should extend beyond simply finalizing the sale. It’s equally important to ensure the transition is smooth and that every customer’s questions are addressed, rather than left, “Read”, yet unanswered and ignored.
