So disapppointing. Tesla just doesnt want to sell cars. Period. I wanted to trade my 2017 Model X for a 2021 Model Y. In an ideal world, I would like to know the price of the new car, the trade in value of the old car, and have the ability to have Tesla pick up the old car and deliver the newer one to my house in SC from my computer or phone. Absolutely the worst possible experience imaginable! I visited the dealership in Raleigh NC on a Monday about an hour before closing, maybe that's why the 2 people at the desk were so pretentious? I explained that I heard a lot about Tesla and wanted to see what it was all about. Right off the bat, the gentleman said that any Tesla was a year out.
