Worked with Thompson Won to get model Y with a lease term. Thompson has been very helpful the whole time, answering every question I had, even when he is off. He replied to my text messages quickly and tried his best to get the best deal possible for us. We were able to get our model Y within 2 days quickly because of his help.
scratched the paint on the hood of my new juniper. I asked politely to address. they sent grainy photo of my car with pass agg reply and then closed the case so I couldn't reply. overall utterly terrible experience as always with Tesla service centers. you take your car in and something else is always damaged
Had a service for my model Y, staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient. Highly recommend the Burlingame Tesla Service Center. If I could give more stars than 5, I would.
Disappointed with Tesla Service Today I had a really upsetting experience today. I brought my Tesla in to fix a safety issue(front passenger safety restraint system fault)—something I believe should be taken extremely seriously. But I was shocked to be told I had to pay over $1,000 to fix it, even though I’m not sure the issue was even caused by me. If it’s a safety concern, shouldn’t it be a recall? Then I was told I could pick up my car by 4:30 PM. That later changed to 7:30 PM. I really appreciate the technicians working... read more
