Luckily, I haven't been here many times since my Tesla purchase. each visit, from my initial purchase to the couple service visits have amazing cheers.

Vehicle Damaged After Service and Zero Accountability I brought my car into the Burlingame Tesla Service Center (11/21/25) for a roof glass replacement and a few minor items. I was notified that my vehicle was ready for pickup, but when I arrived, I was shocked to find that it had been damaged while in their care. The roof rack covers were broken, the interior headliner was soiled, and there was clear damage to the right rear quarter panel. Truly excellent service staff.. they're happy to help walk-in customers with car problems even when they're fully booked. Had a amazing experience multiple times with servicing as well as car purchase.
