Ruined my Credit - DO NOT TRADE IN HERE I traded in my car a month ago and have had to keep asking them to send the purchase paperwork to my trade-in company and now my credit is ruined. I called 3 separate times after they should have automatically submitted the necessary paperwork and they assured me it was done only for it not to have been completed. Now I may not be able to close on my home because of their error. STAY AWAY.
First off absolutely the worst. I asked for a loaner before dropping off my car they said okay, I go and there is no car so I had to come the next day. To top it off the car I got while mine was in service was extremely dirty inside and out with the most dirtiest cabin filter that stunk the car whenever heat or ac was on. And even more so I'm being charged a fee because the car "smelled like marijuana" when I didn't even smoke in or around the vehicle. Absolutely the worst experience ever!
