Tesla all the way
extremely poor service. not worth one star very poor coordination. don’t think they have enough staff to handle and they are only center in jax metro area! teslas ( on my third tesla recently bought 3rd and planing to get rid of 2 other which are coming soon out of warranty) quality has gone down and more problems happening and when need to take to dealership for service … good luck. also very arrogant staff and not helpful at all !

I came in with the issue of my financing tab still pending. The other agents I’ve spoked to before on the phone didn’t do much to help resolve my issue as my delivery date is coming up soon and I needed to get the application approved. Vasti helped me out a ton. He’s knowledgeable and helpful and is definitely the person you want to help you out with anything. Still waiting for him to change my delivery date though!
