Extremely Disappointing Experience, Shame on TESLA SARASOTA! The salespeople here are amazing liars! I bought the car and agreed to pick it up in Miami because it was supposedly the faster option. The salesperson initially promised I could pick up my car by Tuesday the 24th, since it would arrive on Monday and they just needed one day to prepare it. That never happened. We had trouble finding the entrance to the mall. When we finally found it and walked into the dealership there's three young men chatting it uo with each other at a table. Ya think one of them could have walked out to the garage and met us to help get in.
