I got to give credit when credit is due. Most dealerships that I have entered are always trying to sell me a car without knowing my personal financial situation etc. Nanci helped me look at the options available and in no way pushed me to buy their vehicle. Instead, she answered any questions I had, let me test drive the vehicle and that was it! She never pushed me or tried to pressure me in putting a down payment for a reservation on a new tesla. I had an amazing experience at the Tesla dealership, and Alec made the whole process even better. He was extremely helpful, understanding, and professional from start to finish. He took the time to answer all my questions, made everything feel easy and stress-free, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience.
