We visited the Tesla store on July 18 expecting straightforward answers before making a purchase. Instead, the male tall sales advisor avoided giving clear answers to almost every question I asked. Every response was vague, indirect, and noncommittal, making it feel like he was more interested in protecting himself than helping a customer. he refused to provide any answer to even simple questions. I had such a great experience here purchasing my first Tesla! Lawrence was the sales rep who helped me and he was so kind, knowledgeable, and genuine. He honestly made the process so seamless for me and was so diligent and thorough from start and finish. Everyone at this location was extremely helpful and welcoming.
