Scheduled demo drive 1 month ahead, and got cancelled after a month. With this kind of customer service after 7500$ tax incentive goes away, good luck to Tesla finding customers. I will stick to ICE.

I’ve been to a few Tesla dealerships: Hawaii and San Jose but this one went above and beyond to answer all our questions. We got water when we walked in and Nanci was absolutely amazing and helped us test drive a model Y. I’ve never been offered to test drive because we’re EV owners but don’t have a Tesla and have never tried FSD (full self driving) after we were done we were asked to try the cyber truck but just taking a look was enough for us.
