This location sold me a defective car. Got a brand new model S here several months ago and it keeps getting flat tires. It sometimes takes months for the service center to fix and they never find the issue, no nail or screws.
I was helped so much by staff, particularly Lawrence, Justin, and Chance. They were all super friendly and allowed me the freedom to test drive and understand the vehicle. I appreciate all the advice and time they took to help me better understand it.
Went here recently to browse and learn about the inventory and had a horrible experience, staff unfriendly and rude, refused to answer my legitimate questions about battery longevity which I hear is becoming worse and worse. Will be looking at other electric options
