I am posting this review to publicly document a serious and unresolved billing and customer service issue with Tesla. I own multiple Tesla vehicles. One of them, a Cybertruck, was involved in a collision approximately 4–5 months ago and has been non-operational since. My delivery day was spent waiting five hours at the service center because I found issues before I even left the lot, but the techs actually made the car worse every time they ‘fixed’ it.
