Stopped in to this Tesla dealership in the Fashion Island mall. I use to have a Tesla and looking into getting a model x…they had some on display here and the new colors are beautiful! The sales person was very nice and he answered all my questions. If you want to do a test drive, it’s a bit odd since the store itself is inside the mall, you would have to go to the parking lot where thy have that set up. I am posting this review to publicly document a serious and unresolved billing and customer service issue with Tesla. I own multiple Tesla vehicles. One of them, a Cybertruck, was involved in a collision approximately 4–5 months ago and has been non-operational since. At the time of the accident, the Full Self-Driving (FSD) subscription for this vehicle was canceled.
