Under any circumstances don’t go to “Lawrence” trust me, at first it will seem sweet and fun and all but then it gets down to business the service is AWFUL….
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the Fashion Island Tesla team!!! The first associate who helped me was Lawrence. Truly kind, understanding, and welcoming. I appreciated being thoroughly listened to with empathy and he did everything possible to make sure I had a great experience. Justin was the next associate to assist me. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and made me feel confident that I’d be able to drive without any major issues.
Tesla service was extremely disappointing. I booked a service appointment over a month in advance for August 20, but Tesla canceled it on the same day without offering any solution, alternative, or compensation. On top of that, the staff I dealt with were rude and unprofessional, which made the entire situation even more frustrating. I’ve been a Tesla Model 3 owner since 2019, and I booked a service appointment over a month ago for August 20. On the same day, Tesla canceled my appointment without offering any solution or compensation.
