Leaving a review is something I don't typically do . With that being said I feel an overwhelming obligation to share the experience we had with this doctor for the public to be aware. I personally feel that medical professionals should be held to a certain standard and have an obligation to uphold best care practices. Heather failed to listen to me, believe my experiences and disregarded my diagnosis. Instead, she dismissed my concerns and my needs. I made it clear that some of the changes she suggested will drastically affect my ability to function. I agreed that the medications need to be simplified but if I were to follow Heather’s advice, my disorders would go untreated. This didn’t seem to concern her.
