About a year ago I took a quantum healing hypnosis with Tesa. The experience was mesmerizing, Tesa made me feel comfortable and relax which of course was essential in order to go into my hypnosis, I felt as if I'm floating through time. I want those who have tried traditional methods and therapies to find answers about themselves and why we do what we do but just can’t seem to find the answer. Tess is the one. I have been seeing her for 3+ months and it has been a game changer in my life. Through hypnosis and Akashic readings it has been eye opening into self understanding. She has put me on a new positive trajectory in life effecting my self, my relationships, and my work. She is a gift. 5 stars is not enough for what she offers.

I recently went on a wonderful retreat weekend which Tesa co-led with Amy Kaufman. It included yoga, walks in the woods, great food and terrific people. I’ve also been to reike related talks given by Tesa. She’s a great teacher, and I understand a really good practitioner as well.
What a magical experience! The yoga retreat far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived I felt the peaceful energy all around. The grounds and views were absolutely breathtaking. It was such a joy meeting new amazing people. From the morning yoga sessions, meditation, hiking and even some dancing, not to mention the delicious healthy food from chef Kyle, it was truly a positive life changing experience.
