OUTSTANDING!!! I custom ordered a 30oz Stainless Steel Tumbler for my daily coffee runs and had Tervis put a painting/picture wrap-around on it...a steampunk train... paid 40.00 plus tax and shipping...around 48.00. I opened the box today and my mouth opened and my jaw dropped...I am amazed how beautiful it turned out! Stunning....Outstanding!!! I have had several Tervis water mugs now and have been completely pleased. Last summer one of the mugs developed a defect. Tervis replaced it. Just recently, I had another cup with a defect. Again, they replaced it. No cost to me. Tervis has been a product I have enjoyed using and their service has been exceptional. Sheila the manager was extremely helpful.
