Have used this Terry White a lot over the past few years, but have grown pretty tired of the inconsistency of their prescription prices. I get the same repeat prescription each month, either from Terry White in Woodend or Kyneton, or a Chemist Warehouse if I'm close to one. On my last visit to TW the prescription was charged at $19 instead of around $12 usually, but not always. The same prescription is always $7.99 at Chemist Warehouse. I get prescriptions and other things from TWC Woodend, and I honestly find the staff great. Sarah (the Pharmacist who attends to me on a regular basis) and Wendy (one of the lovely assistants) are always extremely professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. I am always informed of the script waiting time, and extra care is always shown when something more is required.
