I get prescriptions and other things from TWC Woodend, and I honestly find the staff great. Sarah (the Pharmacist who attends to me on a regular basis) and Wendy (one of the lovely assistants) are always extremely professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. I am always informed of the script waiting time, and extra care is always shown when something more is required. I have Ankylosing Spondylitis and my partner attempted to pick me up some Panadol Osteo from this chemist this morning, which I take daily under my GPs guidance, only to be given the absolute third degree about who it was for, what blood tests they were having, what the blood tests results were etc etc. She ended up leaving the chemist and not purchasing them.
