I made a call to check first if they stocked my prescription. The girl said she'd need to check. Came back n said no, BUT, it would be in the next day. Took my name, put it on hold. Next day, I turned up. Busy, but normal. 5mins wait, name called to collected ... Thank you tean! Great work!
UPDATE: After complaint was made, pharmacist called and apologised, however he was very hesitant in doing so and didn’t seem like he wanted to take accountability. Still won’t be returning to this location. Thanks for the lack lustre apology.
