Been here last week after hours for a quick buy from the vending machine. Very convenient. For other occasions, some pharmacists are really good, some have less customer service than others. But overall highly recommend for a convenient location right in the train station.
I made a call to check first if they stocked my prescription. The girl said she'd need to check. Came back n said no, BUT, it would be in the next day. Took my name, put it on hold. Next day, I turned up. Busy, but normal. 5mins wait, name called to collected ... Thank you tean! Great work!
UPDATE: After complaint was made, pharmacist called and apologised, however he was very hesitant in doing so and didn’t seem like he wanted to take accountability. Still won’t be returning to this location. Thanks for the lack lustre apology. I love going here because the staff are friendly and helpful. I couldn't find what I needed so they gave me good alternatives. Kudos to the team!
