Have a sick chicken. Needed some Nilstat however apparently you need a prescription if it’s for an animal after vet guidance. Went to another pharmacy and lied got it straight away. So stupid! They got an extra star cause they swapped capsules for tabs during my last visit.

I had a small leg injury and was lucky to be helped by Kim, who was incredibly kind and professional. She patiently cleaned and dressed the wound on my calf, and took the time to explain everything clearly, including how to take care of it afterward. Her warm attitude and genuine care made me feel comfortable and well looked after. It’s not often you meet someone so dedicated and compassionate. Thank you, Kim, for your amazing help — truly appreciated!
I'm having a very difficult time in getting a refund for a faulty Microlife blood pressure monitor. It has not been dealt with in any manner and I have not been contacted at all. This item was returned over 12 months ago and I have not had any contact by the pharmacy that was not initiated by me. I was some weeks ago told that 'the rep' for that product was "coming in next week" I still have not heard a word. I wasn't aware of this location until I went to pick up my mother's parcel left there by a service. I felt peaceful as I walked into this store, clean & tidy, well organised with a helpful service! 👍👍🙂
