I've been going to TW Chemist at Narangba on and off for 17 years. When I queried the cost of the medication the customer service woman said "well that's what the Dr prescribed and it's not on the PBS. All I said was I wish the Dr had said something, she then rudely said, well the Dr prescribes the medication that they think is best, (mind you this was for antibiotics). Her customer service is appalling, she was very rude and condescending. I won't be going back. This happened today 19/06/25
