Staff seem good, but it's extremely busy in the middle of the day, so expect a long wait for prescriptions and vaccinations (even if you've booked a time). Go/book early or late in the day if you can.
This is my local pharmacy and it has always been a pleasure to go there. I have made friends with lots of the staff there and I can always get what I need. They have supported me through the loss of my husband.

I visited the store to purchase Dermal Therapy Acne Control Lotion and requested a price match. The product was available for around $8 at Star Discount Chemist and approximately $12 at both Priceline and Chemist Warehouse. Despite advertising a price match guarantee, my request was declined without a satisfactory explanation.
