Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience here. I was sick, needed medicine, and stood at the counter where I was completely IGNORED by not just one, but two, members of staff. I waited a few minutes, thinking they might simply be busy. When they continued to ignore me, I left. I will not return. I would like to support an independent business but in this case, going to nearby Chemist Warehouse really was the better choice. They actually acknowledged me as a customer.
