Stopped by for a few scripts. Normally use Chemist Warehouse. However have found my new chemist. Staff very supportive, helpful and professional. Lovely service. And they seem to know all the locals which is a good sign.
Nearly 4 years to the day we arrived in Mandurah. We still travel to Willetton to visit our dentist and optician. No need to leave Mandurah as we discovered superb medical practice and the same applies to Chong and his pharmacist team. Every staff member is patient, knowledgable, efficient and friendly. We sometimes see new younger staff but they inherit the same training and customer service skills that is always present. All down to superb leadership by Chong and his wife. Whole team makes the visit pleasant.
Chong and his team are excellent ,same friendly, helpful and supportive staff. They go over and above to assist you with your health care. I wouldn’t go anywhere else but Terry White Anstruther St.
Professional and super friendly
All staff at TWC are very friendly & know their regulars as soon as you walk in. I mainly get my script delivered & the delivery lady is lovely. I would not shop for Chemist items at any other TWC……they are always happy & laughing & have you laughing before you leave the shop leaving you feeling totally uplifted & happy.
