It was the best experience of my holiday entering this shop. I only had to buy earplugs. But the Young lady was so interested. We talked about the Netherlands, Slovenia. Showed her photos on internet... She was not Australian but from Nepal. That is when social encouter starts. Just be interested. Missed that a lot during my stay in Australia. That is how you should represent your company.
