The service department here has been nothing but lies and broken promises. I had complained about an alignment issue with the vehicle within 24 hrs of driving the vehicle off the lot. They took it right in, showed me a printout of the alignment and assured me that the "crown in the road" is to blame and that my tires would wear properly and sent me home. This is the worst company I have ever done business with. The way I treated and spoken to by the owner himself was absolutely appalling. This company is also a nightmare to receive payment from for the service provided to them. I will absolutely never do business with them again and will be sure to spread the word to everyone I know to save them from being treated like I was.
Car dealership I bought my Chevy S-10, the price was better than I expected. The salesman was friendly, and did not pressure me to "upgrade", once he understood that I was looking only for a few options. The finance manager was helpful, and looked to see if he could beat my pre-approved loan rate, and we were able to beat my pre-approved rate from the credit union. I would like to thank the car service staffing for great job of multiple issues taking care of my son car. Terryville Chevy was the only car dealer that would take service for me during the holidays weeks when I needed help and every other dealership was over book with appointment. Once again, I would like to thank you for your gratitude and appreciation toward the service you gave me and my son.
If you are going to buy a new/used Chevy vehicle DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT go to Terryville Chevrolet. The level of customer service they provide their customers is trash. I should not that they are WONDERFUL if you are going to buy a vehicle. But once you sign that dotted line, and the 3 day return period is over, they discard you like trash.
