the only problem I had is the plague of cockroaches. There are days when I had to kill in my apartment until five of them. is something disgusting. and not for lack of cleaning in my apartment. I have complained several times but only sent to pest control that says that maybe come in packages that i bring from walmart. several days ago someone stole all power wheels in front of the apartments.
I moved there right before the storm and it was ok, but after the storm they lost there minds. I came home one day to find that maintenance had left the key in my door. WHAT!!! I will have to agree with the last comment, the pigeons in the walls and no screens on the window was crazy. Every six months the rent was going up, so of course I had to move.
i lived there last year and i hated it! pigeons lived in the walls and there where no screens on the windows!! pls dont fall 4 the hype i stayed there uintil they rasied my rent. they claim to be luxury but its really a low end sub division, renters beware!!
