Terry’s Tropical Touch Terry and I agreed to do business together. I was quoted a fee to build me a 16X16 deck. We agreed to the fees. Terry came out and started project after I paid 1/2 upfront and the other 1/2 due upon completion. Agreement kept. Once deck was completed (Paid in Full) Terry gave me his word, he would be back in 6 weeks to complete the staining of my deck.
