Great customer service. They take good care of you as well as your car. The waiting area is wonderful, very clean, great coffee, phone charging station for any device! They didn’t try to shove extra services to me so which made me feel good about getting my car taken care of. Much better than the usual car repair experience. Glad I found a car mechanic shop that I can trust and that takes extra care of your vehicle. Oh, and they do great repair work, too.
I needed a shop to manage the motor in my Explorer Sport. They have it nailed down! Great service, FAIR PRICES, amazing repairs, more communication than I have seen anywhere else. FRIENDLY, they are customer service PROS. And I drive there from Mount Juliet. That’s how good they are.
They simply take care of you and your car. I've had nothing short of great service and outstanding customer service. I have and would only recommend Terry s for your automotive service needs.
Outstanding repair shop. The entire staff is VERY knowledge and ALL are very Customer SERVICE Oriented, which in today's service world is truly unheard of. The repair was done in a timely manner and van was in and out. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop. Thanks for everything!
Had to get quite a bit of work done to my 2000 Wrangler. Still have some to go. But drives like a new vehicle and the staff worked with me on getting the need to’s separated from the to do’s and get the ball rolling. Will be back for the rest. Very professional. Live pictures and explanations on everything that needed tending.
