I used Terry to resolve a problem. He came and picked up my mower not nobile, no forward or reverse. I have had someone remove parts from my unit, this time they removed the idler system in the dive belt. He did a great job in fixing this and if i needed anything i would let him repair whatever needed. I had a problem keeping one rear tire holding air . He came and got our mower on 7/8 of this year told us he would have a diagnosis by Saturday, called Saturday and he said it was a fuse but it was smoking so he would look at it and have it diagnosed by Monday or Tuesday. Did not hear from him Monday and tried calling multiple times and also left voicemail. He finally got back to me and said he hadn’t had a chance to check it out yet, well today 7/17 he called and told me that the mower is ready. This guy is a crook I called him to replace a belt on my riding mower he replaced it & the 1st time I used it, it quit working after about 5 minutes of use, plus he did unauthorized work without contacting me, after calling & talking to him, he lied & said he'd stop by, never did, won't answer his phone, won't return calls, a sorry excuse of a small businessnan,
