Hired this company to replace my hot water tank service was excellent & quick my plumbing technician Dan was outstanding. He went above and beyond and really took care of me. Great work highly would recommend.
The man that came out to hook up the plumbing in kitchen sink was very rude and would not answer our questions. I asked for him to please shut the door behind him when he came in and out but he would not do it. He was able to fix our plumbing but he was here for a few hours just to attach plumbing that was already in place to the sink.. I was not pleased his attitude at all.
Perfect communication, service, etc. I had only asked Terry’s Plumbing to strap our water heater to the wall. Micah did that and then took the initiative to make other substantial improvements!
David showed up on time, evaluated and resolved our septic tank situation quickly, explained everything clearly and gave us great maintenance recommendations. Fantastic service.
