John did a good job fixing our heating system. It was nice that Terry's gave us a military discount. I will definitely refer them to anyone i know that has issues.
They were very efficient
Great customer service over the phone and Mason(my technician) was absolutely amazing. I was on a time crunch to get my furnace fixed. They were able to get someone to me that same day. I will definitely be utilizing their services in the future.
We've lived here since 05'. The first HVAC service we had someone recommended was not so good. The cooling freezing coming in doors to the system. Apart to fix this the owner/repairman said he couldn't find. Then tried to sell us a HVAC system that twice the price that my mother-in-law paid for in "California" with a house twice our size. Terry's would recharge my system with the older freon coolant and keep nursing it along. If I requested it.
