Although we had scheduled a fall maintenance service on our furnace and fireplace, our furnace unexpectedly stopped working one morning. Working with their scheduling representative, we were fortunate to be able to have a service technician arrive in the afternoon. Jose, the HVAC expert, got our furnace up and running and did a maintenance service on our fireplace as well. We are grateful for the service we received from everyone we worked with.
