All the staff here are so kind and respectful! Terry is a master of his craft and genuinely nice. He is so patient and very talented at what he does.
It is obvious that there is a language barrier here, and the way they solve the language barrier is to ignore your needs and arbitrarily modify your hairstyle. In fact, the lack of English proficiency does not affect the experience too much, but the perfunctory attitude is really uncomfortable.
