What an experience. For a " professional " cleaning service this was extremely amateur and disappointing. We used Terry's Finishing Touch to clean and ready our apartment complex for new residents however we ended up going in almost single unit behind the paid service to re-clean. It was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable for a paid service no matter how cost effective.
