I took a drawing of my great great grandparents from the early 1800's. I needed it restored, framed and copies made. I trusted them to take care of this treasure, but apparently other things were more important. I called over and over and went by numerous times and according to the owner his son knew where it was located, but he was never available and never returned any calls.
