I called and verified vehicle price, any additional fees (none), and ballpark trade in value before driving up. After a three hour drive, I was pleasantly surprised that not only was the 21' Ram Rebel in great shape, but there were in fact no hidden/extra fees, and that the sales price was exactly what was quoted/negotiated on the phone. Be aware that they charge a $400 notary fee. I thought it HAD to be a mistake, but no, they charge a $400 notary fee on top of transfer tax, title/registration fees, and plate fees.
