Made an 3 days ago appointment to get my front windows tinted on my new 2018 vehicle. Showed up on time and was told 1 person ahead of me, NO problem. Still waiting over an hour still no problem BUT a guy shows up with no appointment and mentions Terry's name and they pulled his vehicle right in and started tinting his vehicle and skipped the 2 of us waiting over an hour WTF, very poor customer service!!! We would get our 3 vehicles detailed there twice a year, X 4 year customers now!!!
Terry is up front, personable and not a pushy sales man. His guys got my car in, same day as I called, got the mess cleaned up perfectly, and back to me. Wash and complete interior: "price unbeatable". The car looks better than when I bought it
