Toby was very friendly and very informative! I feel his was thorough with figuring out what was wrong with my washing machine. The part is ordered and I'm waiting for him to come back and fix it. I would recommend his service to anyone that is looking for a honest person.

Came and did a diagnosis, found out we had a bad compressor and quoted us. Told him we needed it done by a specific date and have now started our 3rd week with no replacement or communication. I have called his cell multiple times and his mailbox is full. Sent him a text and no response. Called his office and left a voicemail and no response. We are now within the week of needing something working and decided to just buy a new fridge.
