Can't say enough about the great service I get at Terry Wynter Auto. The service department is second to none.
I have never been let down with my service at Terry Wynter. Myself and my parents have been bringing our cars here since we moved down to Fort Myers over 5 years ago. The staff here is very friendly, accommodating, and trustworthy. They have never suggested anything obscure or extra that I didn't need taken care of that day. However, they will warn you when something is starting to wear to the need of repair or replacement. After today. This is the only place I will bring my car. Excellent customer service. And my car feels better than it has in along time!
Did what they said they would do. Had the car ready when they said they would. Didn't didn't try and didn't try and sell me on repairs or stuff I didn't need. An honest repair shop. Where do you find THAT in car biz these days?
Terry Wynter Auto Service Center is a fantastic place! I was referred to Allen Smith for an excessive rust problem on my brand new truck and he offered to take a look at it for me and allowed me to get pictures, all at no charge. He took time out of his busy day to help me, he went above and beyond and I couldn't be more appreciative. An all around great place, nice employees and very helpful!
Went in for an oil leak they found the problem quickly and the price was more than fair. Great job would recommend to everyone.
I cannot say enough about these guys! Here we are on our first day of vacation and visiting family, car problems, Ford Edge, still under warranty! Call 2 local Ford dealers only to be told the earliest they can even look at the vehicle is Saturday (today's Wednesday). We have to leave Saturday! So we decide to buy the part (thanks to auto zone for telling us what we need) from the dealer and find a shop that might make repair. So I find Terry Wynter on Google, he's got great reviews!
