We made an offer on a house and I would never do business after reading all the reviews. David Clever is the most insensitive person I had ever met. The guy has a personality of a rock. Terry is a crook and I would never buy property from this tool. Good luck in selling your properties!

I wish I could give this loser 0 stars. He is the biggest jerk I have ever encountered. We left his home exactly as we found it if not better, and he withheld our $1600 deposit for having some weeds in the garden and a missing door stop. The week we had our baby we were less than 24 hours late on our rent and he still charged us $50 (never had been late before or after that.) Do not have any dealings with Terry Flood he is a scammer and will cheat out of your deposit. He will claim you made damages to the property or you did not clean up the place when you left. He is a very bad person and hopefully he will get paid back in a bad way

Have anybody had to go threw a home inspection with Terry Flood .. This is the worst company ever he asked to many questions that has nothing to do with the rental application. Do Not rent from Terry Flood

This is the WORST company to rent from. His staff aren't helpful with anything unless its collecting money. He is a nickle and dime Landlord. He charges $5/ day if you are late. I had lost my job and paid my rent late. Because of me being $50 short (due to my rent going up) he let it add up while he processed an eviction with the courts. I paid my late fees before court and he STILL said I had to pay the attorney fees of $522.50 ( instead of just giving me a courtesy call PRIOR to retaining an attorney and saying "hey you ar... read more
