We made an offer on a house and I would never do business after reading all the reviews. David Clever is the most insensitive person I had ever met. The guy has a personality of a rock. Terry is a crook and I would never buy property from this tool. Good luck in selling your properties!

Very Poor David Clevenger was not very friendly on our initial tour. The house was in pretty good condition and I thought it would be a good fit. I filled out the the rental application and gave them a $600 deposit. 2 days later he called me back and said due to our credit the owner required an addtional $400. I told him that I would need to discuss it with my husband. I told him I would meet with him on Friday. SCAMMER/SLUMLORD Our experience is similar to Margaret's. Terry is a scum bag slum lord. His homes are dumps to begin with and he has you fill out a move in sheet, which you both sign. He will not fix any of the issues on the sheet and then when you move out, he will sue you for all of the damages already wrong with the house and then again, not use that money to fix these alleged "damages" he will sue you for things like 15 gallons of paint to paint the inside of a 900 sq. ft. house. I wish I could give this loser 0 stars. He is the biggest jerk I have ever encountered. We left his home exactly as we found it if not better, and he withheld our $1600 deposit for having some weeds in the garden and a missing door stop. The week we had our baby we were less than 24 hours late on our rent and he still charged us $50 (never had been late before or after that.) Currently renting from Terry W Flood Real Estate. The staff are friendly enough, but there are a few things prospective renters should be aware of. I won't call names, I'll tell you what I experienced and let you judge. The first is that Terry is imprecise, bordering on negligent, when answering questions. I suspect it's because he is busy but when I asked twice to confirm the amount of money required before keys would be handed over, he gave me a large amount (which is why I asked again to confirm). Do not have any dealings with Terry Flood he is a scammer and will cheat out of your deposit. He will claim you made damages to the property or you did not clean up the place when you left. He is a very bad person and hopefully he will get paid back in a bad way
