I called Terry Tree over 3 weeks ago for estimate to remove a Dead Arborvitae and replace with a new one. Marty from Terry Tree came out to my house to estimate the job and said he would send me the estimate. A week or more had passed, I did not hear from Marty so I called and he stated he was waiting for a price on the new Arborvitae. He stated by the end week should have a price. My husband and I interviewed several companies and based on those liked and chose Terry Tree Service. The crew arrived promptly, introduced themselves, and then got started. An experienced foreman stayed there the whole time. After completion, the area was cleared of all debris. Also, when payment was made, within moments a receipt was emailed as requested. We were always able to reach someone via phone or email if there was a question. We will use Terry Tree for any tree work in the future as well as recommend them.
