Patient for 10 yrs. Dr Terry consistently showed poor bedside manner. During visits, she seemed rushed and disengaged, often typing or moving around while we spoke. It felt like she was not fully listening, just waiting for keywords before offering generic responses. As worried parents, this made appointments stressful and unproductive. This company is money hungry -
She is the best doctor we have ever seen. We have about 12 specialists between my two kiddos and Dr. Terry keeps up with all the reports and recommendations. I trust her immensely!
First call to set up an appointment was told i needed shot records before they'd schedule me. Had them faxed. Second call they said they needed paper work befoee he could be scheduled. Told them that i had no way of sending a pdf electronically. They also said it would be 3-4 weeks before he could he seen. I told them I suspect strep and said i needed an urgent care.
I do not recommend this Dr. or BestNest Pediatrics to anyone. They do not accept any patients that have not been immunized- regardless of medical reason, or being high-risk for adverse effects. I have a problem believing that the Dr. has the child's best interest in mind when it is the child's medical history that is keeping us from vaccinating our child.
Best pediatrician that I have seen in all Dallas and Frisco. She is very experienced, knowledgeable, uses common sense and cares so much for our children. The Best!
Best Pediatrician in Frisco. A lot of experience and very human and fun with children.
Never in a rush , Friendly and most importantly actually cares for the well being of our children! Awesome Doctor!
