In town visiting my daughter and asked to see a new construction home by NW Builders that is staged, no one living there. Put the request in this morning to see the house this evening and was refused because there needed to be 24 hour notice. The new construction home has been on the market for 6 months and no offers. I drove up and looked at the property yesterday evening. No one living in the house and the landscaping was a bit tough. The lawn looked terrible.
