Absolutely wonderful job! My original appointment was early afternoon but come to find out they were short staffed that day so service was later than expected. At first I was a bit annoyed however the end result was worth it. I was taken back that the company didn’t use the big hoses that are usually attached to the van outside. Awesome job, I was shocked to see the difference in cleanliness of the carpet in my rental. The guy that came out to do the job was very friendly, well mannered. I thought for sure he was going to tell me that I needed new carpet and not do it. The carpet does need to be replaced but I'm not doing it to get disgustingly filthy again.
