Failed to arrive as scheduled, failed to call or text with update. Not trustworthy. Nearly 10 days of waiting to hear something. Poor business practices.
A fantastic job the crew did on trimming my palm and my neighbors two palms. They were very professional and nice people. They cleaned my yard like you would not believe, super! Another neighbor saw what excellent job they did and is now going to call them to take out some bushes. If I have any other projects to do, I will definitely give them a call.
They showed up on time, did an extraordinary job and cleanup and because our property is a Certified Wildlife Habitat,they protected squirrels nests, collected native bromeliads and avoided damage to plants needed for wildlife cover and food sources. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS GROUP. We will certainly call them in the future.
