Great Place to buy a GM automobile! I recently bought a car from them. They were all very friendly, and professional. At one point there was a long wait on paperwork, and one of the associates came ro me and asked me to keep looking around, instead of waiting there bored. They have a great slection of cars. Service Dept I bought my car from Terry Sligh several years ago. I had a problem with the battery a month ago. We took it to the service department. After 10 days I finally got my car back. They didn't check out the entire problem and I left 2 times with my car "fixed" only to have it break down again. They lied numerous times and only were they nice after we sent a formal complaint to Chevy.
Service Department The guys in the service department do a great job, but their prices are way too high. We had to stop going there because it just plain cost too much. We never had a problem with anything they did. So if you have the money to spend, I would recommend them. If you are watching your wallet, I would check around for more reasonable prices.
Worth the drive We live in TN and have bought 6 vehicles and a goose neck trailer from Terry Sligh. We drive so far they pay for our hotel bill and have bought our breakfast. They have been nothing but honest and provided excellent service to us. I would recommend them to anyone.
Cars I recently had a great experice with the people at Terry Sligh automotive. They really helped get me the right car. Thye were very polite and not pushy. They have very nice used and new cars to chose from and will work with you in any way that they can. I think anyone is sure to leave here a happy person.
Top Notch Service Service at Terry Sligh doesn't stop after the purchase. I have purchased vehicles at several different car dealerships over the years and have never been as pleased with service as with Terry Sligh. I have had to have my Trail Blazer serviced serval times for various reasons. I was totally amazed one day this summer when I was sitting out front waiting and a salesman walk by and spoke.
