Terry is knowledgeable, professional and focused on doing the best job possible for his customers. He arrived promptly and got right to work to fix our AC unit with no desire to upsell, he is a throwback to an era where pride in one's work outweighed making commission.
Let me start by saying what a nice man he is! he knows his stuff and fixed my heat pump straight away .He charges you a super price and does not try to up sell you .I truly cannot thank him enough.
AC repair and service Terry and his team are the best!! Able to diagnose problem over the phone, very fast response time and usually has you cooled back off in 20 minutes or less!!!
Unparalleled! Terry is an extremely knowledgeable and accomodating AC repairman. On top of this, he offers his services at an incredibly reasonable cost. I left a message at 9pm on Saturday and he was at my house Sunday MORNING. He is my new one and only AC repairman.
