I would like to just clarify that the clinic is great, but I will NOT be commenting about the management! I travel from Meridian to see Meghann Kalliokoski because I honestly believe that she is the best Practioner that I have ever seen! I have known her from a previous practice and I will continue to see her wherever she goes! Terry Reilly has truly gained a great woman is deserves all the praise!! My first time ever going to this clinic, and I will definitely go back! They were so thorough and kind, from start to finish. Dr Laitinen and nurse Jaelyn? Treated me like a person, not a number. Thanks again..highly recommend
Extremely unorganized front desk employees. They have no idea what they're doing. I'd give them a break if it was just a one time thing but I've been going here for 3 years now and it's time to change because it's constant mistakes. They book appointments wrong nearly every time. They don't pay attention to details on anything. I've been rebooked one multiple occasions because of front desk errors.
