The staff is VERY unprofessional, dismissive, and not helpful. Scott Pugh has been my dental provider here and he has caused me more pain, frustration, and anxiety than any other dentist in my life. Everytime I have left there, I'm either angry or crying, with little to no help from the dentist or his nurses. And the nurses don't seem to like him anymore than I do. The front desk ladies are the only ones I've ever had a decent interaction with. I recommend going ANYWHERE else.

They deserve a zero (0) or less if possible. NEVER GO TO TERRY REILLY DENTAL!!! Worst group of people EVER!! Steer Clear!! I worked with Terry Reilly for over 8 years. In the end I was treated horribly by the dental director and forced out with LIES. HR (Shannon), office manager (Dorthy), pathetic CEO (Heidi) and Dr. Watt ( dental director) forged false allegations against me and forced me out. None of them stood up to Dan’s lies.
