Excellent dealership. They take care of you both during and after the car buying process. They seem to have a great deal of customer service processes implemented, and it shows- from the way they answer the phone to the time you walk out the door. I've known them for years, and have bought cars from their other dealerships as well. Highly recommended place to buy new or used cars.
Do not go here!!!! My father-in-law went here and traded his car in for a newer model. Please tell me why his old car is not paid off yet and why all of a sudden they are saying they need more paperwork from us? If that's the case why did y'all allow him to drive off in a new car BIG Dummies!!! And why does Steven Evans got an attitude with us and decides to hang up when it's obvious they messed up not us. We have bought 3 cars from this dealership and they have been absolutely fantastic EVERY time. JT goes above and beyond the call of duty. Even coming into the dealership on Father’s Day to help us. I recommend them to everyone I see.
I've been down here since July here it is October 14th I've done everything they asked me to do I told them up front I was self-employed I put money in the bank show them every bit of the money I make the sons of Terry Reid told me they will put me in a vehicle hydro one of their cars for over a month and a half pay the insurance I didn't have the nerve to come when they called to tell me to come down and sign the papers they said the neck that says he didn't lie to me he lied at the beginning the outliers I spent hours and ... read more
