I will not buy another car from Terry Reid for as long as Austin Nichols, the Finance Manager, works there. I have bought two cars previously but having to deal with the dealership to get my paperwork to file a gap insurance claim has been unbearable. I needed to file a gap insurance claim and I reached out to him and the Office Manager, Andrea Adcock for a copy of my sales contract. I have sent close to 20 emails with maybe 2 unhelpful responses. A+ to several individuals who turned my car buying experience from a disaster due to the horrendous treatment we received from a previous salesperson - who would not show us the "deal" unless we committed to buy "immediately" and the stated that were were "wasting his time" into a DREAM because or Capers Alston who is their superstar. He really made it happen for us. Capers is The Best.
