I respect Terry - honest and honorable guy! His crew made a mistake, and Terry was quick to own up to it and take care of the error. He turned a negative into a positive!
Don't use this company - I had a very bad experience with them. Initially the boss came out to check the two trees I wanted removed, and he give an estimate. A few weeks later his crew comes out and cuts two trees down....but one was the wrong tree! They took down a beautiful 10 year old sassafras in good health and left a dead tree standing right next to it. Incompetent!!!!
Completely unprofessional; no integrity. They were contracted to remove a tree. They cut down the tree, and cut the trunk into pieces but did not remove them. They hid the pieces behind bushes. Highly recommend you avoid them.
Very good what they do, and get the job done in a timely manor.
