I've been using Terry Plumbing for approximately 15 years. They were always reliable, quick and reasonably price. However, that has changed. Perhaps, they are no longer the original owners. In one instance, I called with the promise of calling back a couple of days later, but that didn't happen. This time, I called on Monday and set an appointment for Thursday, telling me the technician would arrive between 12:00 and 1:00 pm. That didn't happen, either. I gave them 1 star because they answered the phone when I called. I called in the morning and set an appointment for 4 pm. At 4pm they didn't show up or even called. I do not recommend this company.
