RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!! The worst experience ever that continues. A star only because you can't put minus stars. Its been 2 years and the nightmare never stops. First put home in wrong place. Then HVAC and they would not fix the problem. We had to buy a new one ourselves. Waited on purpose til one year was up and did not do repairs. Now full of mold because it was not put together properly and not able to occupy a this time-just two years old!!!

Bought my house a year ago and the service was horrible to say the least!!! Only went through with the purchase because of price but now I know why they so much lower they have to be to stay open!! Oh and they damaged my house on delivery and guess what?? STILL NOT FIXED BEEN YEAR!! noone will return my calls or emails so I guess I am paying for the damage they caused moving my house!! Worst place ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE! I should have taken the reviews seriously. They are horrible. Talk so good until they get your money. They are liars. Would not stand behind anything. Trash homes, we had to repair our plumbing, our roof and beg for supplies that were not sent with home. Said we would have to drive 1 1/2 hr to pick up. Took them a year to send our title to us! So unprofessional! I regret ever going to this place!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND SINCE OCTOBER. THE FAULT IS WITHIN THE OFFICE.

I have purchased a home from terry pate homes was lied to about when home would be out 3 times was cursed out by Mike, to my acknowledgement a closing wasn't supposed to be done until home was on lot they have my money I put down money from the tribe as well an still no home going on 6months now they don't keep you informed with updates they keep lying as well they only want the money then your stuck waiting with lies of when your home is coming. I was very excited about getting my house. We had went everywhere. Terry Pate was the last place they went. They gave me an excellent deal on the house. Everything went downhill from there. Whoever transports his homes needs their license taken...they tore down a light pole and a meter off someones house while delivering my home. Then they set up my house sideways. DO NOT BUY FROM TERRY PATE!! Go somewhere else and spend your money!! I fully understand that we are dealing with Covid-19. They do not follow up on their end because I’ve called and emailed them about the issue we are having with our home since May and all I get was the work order has been sent in. Still waiting for supplies that were supposed to come with home. I am now being ignored. I should have believed the bad reviews I read online. So many problems and we are sick of it. It has cost us so much more money including no heating and air system. When I say anything, it is my word against theirs. Won't even answer me now.
